Ready to Consolidate? Hear the Fluke Reliability Tips to Multi-Site Standardization

Wednesday, June 11, 2025 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

Consolidating multiple sites or departments into one CMMS solution can unlock major efficiencies—but jumping in without a clear plan often leads to stalled progress. This session highlights the most common pitfalls faced during multi-site and cross-department standardization projects—such as misaligned processes, poor data governance, and insufficient change management—and provides practical solutions to overcome them. And who is better to provide feedback and tips than the head of implementation and services for the eMaint team, Jason Friedman? Through real-world examples and proven strategies, attendees will learn how to approach standardization with the right balance of structure and flexibility to ensure long-term success.

Whether you’re aligning local departments or unifying global operations, this presentation will offer actionable insights to help you avoid costly mistakes, set realistic expectations, and unlock the full benefits of standardization.

Work Type – More Than Just a CMMS Code

Wednesday, June 25, 2025 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

Maintenance coding is important in a well defined CMMS architecture. One of the often misunderstood and misused codes is the Work Order Type. Often that code is conflated and used as a “catch all” only because it is either a required field or there exists a loosely defined utilization of the field. Let’s unwind what is a Work Order Type, or sometimes called Work Order Categorization, and see how to align that code more closely to RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) language geared to drive your Defect Elimination program.

Stop the Hidden Spend: The True Price of Machine Misalignment

Wednesday, May 21, 2025 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

This presentation explores how precision laser alignment significantly reduces the hidden costs of power consumption in industrial settings. By ensuring optimal alignment of rotating machinery, facilities can minimize energy losses, reduce wear and tear, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The session will feature two real-world case studies backed by empirical data, demonstrating measurable cost savings and performance improvements achieved through laser alignment. Attendees will gain insights into the financial and environmental benefits of adopting this technology.

Speaker:

Deron Jozokos, President of Shoreline Reliability and Shoreline Industrial Products

With over 22 years of experience in precision maintenance technologies. A recognized expert in Prüftechnik laser alignment systems, Deron has built a reputation for excellence in field service, technical training, and advanced alignment solutions. He has trained more than 1,000 students in precision alignment, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance—equipping maintenance teams across industries to boost operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Deron is the inventor of the patented NoRoll™ static turbine alignment method, a groundbreaking solution that uses the ROTALIGN system to eliminate the traditional 16-point alignment check. This innovation reduces turbine outage downtime, delivering significant time and cost savings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities and Plant Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and remains at the forefront of industrial reliability through technical leadership and education.
