Jay has over 35 years’ experience in maintenance and reliability and has spent the last 28 years at Star-Tech Instrument Systems, Inc., where he fills his current role as Technical Manager. His duties include helping clients with technical field application issues as well as supporting the Star-Tech sales staff with any complex or unusual application. He manages Star-Tech’s training department and provides advanced training in the areas shaft alignment, geometric measurement, condition monitoring, and shop and field balancing.
