Speaker: Emory Sullivan Bio:

Emory Sullivan photo Emory has spent the last 7 years bringing innovative solutions to industrial and skilled trades, and is currently Head of Product + Customer Experience at Genba AI, a RealWear brand. While working for Fluke, Emory witnessed hundreds of Industrial Maintenance Workers experiencing the same chronic frictions around productivity, critical knowledge siloes and visibility.

In March 2020 she left Fluke to build Genba AI, a modern industrial maintenance software company. Genba’s current offerings include but go beyond traditional CMMS functionality to enable the frontline worker their entire shift.

In June 2022, RealWear, the world’s leading provider of assisted reality solutions for frontline industrial workers, acquired Genba AI, where Emory continues to lead the Genba AI team.

Prior to co-founding Genba, Emory held commercial and marketing roles at Fluke Corporation before joining Fortive’s (the holding company of eMaint/Fluke) Growth Accelerator team as a Corporate Innovation Consultant. There, she mentored high-performance innovation teams from Fortive OpCos including Fluke, Industrial Scientific, Tektronix, and The Gordian Group.
