Building Your Predictive Maintenance Roadmap: Steps to Start or Take Your Program to the Next Level

Your Maintenance and Reliability programs are only getting more complex. Between the supply chain challenges, disruptive technologies, remote work, and staff shortages, maintenance teams are being stretched and expected to do more with less. Predictive maintenance strategies can help. Understanding function and failure is the backbone of any Predictive Maintenance program. It lets teams focus on failure modes and prioritize plant systems, while sensors and software manage automated data collection and subsequent tasks. We will help you understand how to select a strategy with the appropriate technology and implement it into a new or existing program. We will also overview people and processes needed to successfully implement within an organization. The webinar will be educational for maintenance and reliability professionals beginning a Predictive Maintenance journey, as well as professionals working in programs that needs to be refreshed, restarted, or taken to the next level.
