Calvin Williams is the founder and CEO of Impruver, Inc., developer of software that helps businesses grow through a culture of daily continuous improvement aligned with company strategy. He has 20 years of experience in continuous improvement and operations leadership with Fortune 100 companies such as Nestle, Mars, Tyson, the U.S. Military Industrial Base, and most recently, as Senior Leader of Global Continuous Improvement at Clorox. Williams has delivered more than $2 billion in savings and growth opportunities for these organizations, culminating in the development of Impruver, based near Atlanta. Williams earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 2004 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his MBA in 2008. He also mentors younger manufacturing professionals and entrepreneurs.
