eMaint CMMS and Fluke vibration sensor named 2018 Product of the Year Award finalists

We are pleased to announce that both the eMaint computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) system and the Fluke 3561 FC Vibration Sensor have been named as finalists in Plant Engineering magazine’s 2018 Product of the Year awards! eMaint’s CMMS has been nominated in the Maintenance Software category, and the 3561 is nominated under Maintenance Tools & Equipment.

The eMaint CMMS system was selected as a Gold Winner for the Plant Engineering 2017 Product of the Year awards in the Maintenance Software category. According to a Plant Engineering article by Editor Bob Vavra, “The winners of the […] Product of the Year awards represent the best in new ideas to help plants run smarter, safer, faster and more efficiently.”

The cloud-based eMaint CMMS encompasses functionality for managing work orders and work requests, preventive maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, planning and scheduling, asset history, cost tracking, condition monitoring, document storage and robust reporting all in one user-friendly, affordable solution. eMaint saves companies valuable time and money by better organizing, planning and managing maintenance activities because it has the capability to solve maintenance management problems.

The 3561 FC Vibration Sensor was nominated because of its ability to empower maintenance teams to improve uptime by adding remote, continuous vibration monitoring to virtually any rotating equipment. With a frequency range of 10 to 1,000 hertz, the 3561 FC detects and notifies users of conditional changes caused by critical faults like imbalance, misalignment, looseness and bearing wear, providing warning of impending equipment failure.
