One session titled, “How One School District Saved 25% in hard cost using CMMS,” discusses how Grand Prairie Independent School District (GPISD) decreased work requests and reduced inventory by adding the eMaint CMMS. This session will be held Tuesday, March 26 at 9:30 and will be presented by Dianna Drew, director of Logistics & Documents Services for GPISD, and Greg Perry, CMRP, CRL, Sr. capacity assurance consultant for Fluke Digital Systems.
The presentation will discuss how important buy-in from all stakeholders is when selecting software to be used by multiple people, and it will discuss how personnel training is important for implementation. It will also review system capabilities important for a CMMS and how automated inventory control and work order management can simplify labor scheduling.
