Driving Metrics Into Your CBM Program
Well-connected management teams effectively drive their Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs by utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and aligning them with broader business-level metrics. These teams understand that the success of a CBM program depends not only on technical execution but also on how well the performance data is communicated to stakeholders.
In this webinar, we will delve into the essential inputs required to develop meaningful and actionable metrics that can accurately reflect the health and efficiency of your assets. We will also explore strategies for delivering these insights to stakeholders across your enterprise, ensuring that they support decision-making at all levels. By the end of the session, you will have a clear roadmap for integrating these metrics into your CBM program for measurable improvements in performance and reliability.
